Title: Telecom Customer Support Specialist
Night Shift: 2pm-1pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $25-$27hr
Conversion Salary: $55,000
Job Description:
• Initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders
• Enter the service request details into Proprietary Application to initiate a telecommunications request.
• Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after entry.
• Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.

• Must have an active Secret clearance
