Clearance: SECRET Clearance
Job Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) / Non-Exempt
Location: OCONUS/CONUS
Travel: 100% Travel
Working Conditions: Inside Government training facilities.
Required Travel: Employees will travel to temporary work locations during exercises

Job Function:
Maintains training calendar(s) for the MTC (Outlook, SharePoint, current knowledge management tools, or approved Government scheduling tools) to schedule and track the usage of all MTC facilities and space.

Responsibilities:

• Include but not limited to training and non- training events; facility use; VTCs; virtual simulators (both present and future systems) and simulations; Tactical Operations Center (TOC) pads; briefings and tours
• Incorporate/establish processes to receive training/non-training requests, track received requests by type and category, and post scheduled events onto the calendar/calendars
• Ensure the calendar/calendars are current and up-to-date and display the most current data
• Track usage and other critical data as required by the Government for all training and non-training events using Government systems when required
• Reports include, but are not limited to TADSS usage, MCIS course attendance, event utilization statistics, and other data as required by the Government

Education and Qualifications:

• Must possess a Secret clearance
• Active US Passport
• BA/BS, subject immaterial, or five (5) years' experience serving in a military operations and/or training section at Battalion or higher. Advanced knowledge and skills using calendar tools and software
