Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 8+ years of professional web application development experience.
• Strong full-stack development background with a heavy front-end focus.
• Very strong experience with C# and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with:
○ ASP.NET MVC (web development)
○ WCF and/or Web API
○ LINQ
• Extensive SQL experience, including:
○ Stored Procedures
○ Functions
○ Transactions
○ PL/SQL (or equivalent)
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint.

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Web App Developer to support internal FBI enterprise applications under the ITSSS‑2 contract vehicle. This role supports the design, development, modernization, and maintenance of secure, front-facing internal web applications used across FBI HQ and field operations. The environment is agile, collaborative, and long-term, supporting both existing systems and new application development.
Responsibilities:
• Design, test, and develop scalable, well-documented web applications.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, secure web solutions.
• Build and support full-stack web applications with heavy front-end focus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features.
• Debug, maintain, and enhance existing applications.
• Recommend software upgrades and modernization strategies.
• Ensure applications meet performance, security, and usability standards.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation for future maintenance and upgrades.
Compensation: $125,000-$132,537. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including education, skill level and years of experience.
