SharePoint / Web Portal Developer

This position will support SOCEUR in Stuttgart, Germany.

Titan Technologies is seeking a SharePoint / Web Portal Developer to support SOCEUR in Stuttgart, Germany under the USSOCOM SITEC III EOM contract. This role supports enterprise collaboration, operational visibility, and data-driven decision-making across a global user base.The ideal candidate brings a balance of SharePoint administration, web development, and portal integration experience within secure DoD environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise portals and SharePoint solutions supporting collaboration and mission operations
• Build and maintain web applications, dashboards, and user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, and .NET technologies
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable portal and web-based solutions
• Integrate data from multiple systems to support automation, workflows, and reporting dashboards
• Administer and maintain SharePoint environments (configuration, security, performance, and upgrades)
• Implement secure authentication, access control, and STIG-compliant solutions
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure availability and reliability
• Support DevSecOps and CI/CD processes for portal and web application deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development
• Support operations during exercises as needed

You MUST have:

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
• IAT II certification (DoD 8570.01-M)
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint (development and administration in enterprise environments)
• Experience developing web applications and portal interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, and .NET
• Experience administering SharePoint (Central Admin, PowerShell, security configuration)
• Experience implementing secure, STIG-compliant solutions in DoD or similar environments
• Ability to gather requirements and deliver scalable portal solutions
• Must be eligible to work overseas in Germany under U.S. Government sponsorship (SOFA/TESA status)

It's GREAT if you also have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with DevSecOps / CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or reporting tools
• Relevant Microsoft or AWS certifications
• Preferred Certifications:
  • SharePoint MCSE, or
  • MCSE: Productivity, or
  • MCSD: Web Apps, or
  • Microsoft Certified Expert, or
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or
  • AWS Sys Ops Associate

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma with 6 years of experience OR AA + 4 yrs of experience OR BS + 2 years of experience OR MS + 0 years of experience
