About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Problem Solving System Administrator. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a high‑visibility environment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and Eagle Alliance senior leadership
• This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client
• Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur
• Shift work either M-F 10pm - 6am or M-Thur 8pm - 6am

What You Bring

• TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team‑focused environment
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially in complex storage environments
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification
• Bachelors and 10 years experience or 15 years with no degree.
