Video Technician
Titan Technologies Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States (On-site)
TS/SCI Cleared VTC Technician –Colorado Springs, CO
We’re hiring an VTC Technician to support a mission-critical program at supporting Air Force Special Operations Command.
If you have experience supporting Video Teleconferencing systems, conference room A/V, or enterprise VTC operations in a classified environment, this could be a great opportunity. Fully funded with room for growth.
Location: Peterson AFB/SOCNORTH J63
Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Duties include but are not limited to:
Installs, configures, manages, maintains, operates, and defends common area VTC equipment, including day-to-day setup, scheduling, and monitoring.
Schedules, coordinates, and administers multiple simultaneous VTC sessions.
Provides dedicated support to VTCs attended by Very Important Persons (VIPs).
Recommends upgrades to VTC systems.
Provides version control and provisioning via a Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) for VTC CODECs.
Installs flat panel displays, room based VTC endpoints, projectors, and A/V equipment.
Resolves issues down to the equipment level (black box).
Manages, maintains, and posts a daily MSL and shift change procedures.
Schedules, configures, and connects users to DISA GVS and DVS conferences.
Trains designated personnel on the operation of VTC equipment.
Requirements
--Active TS/SCI clearance
--2-year experience supporting and troubleshooting VTCs in Government environment, as well as troubleshooting and fixing VTC hardware and software (e.g., Cisco, Polycom, ViPers, and secure phones).
--Ability to follow procedures under stressful conditions.
--Ability to work closely with senior professionals.
Experience Requirements
--6 years (HS Diploma), 4 years (Associate’s), 2 years (Bachelor’s)
