What We're Looking For
As a Database Engineer at CyberPoint, you will design, develop and maintain database systems that support mission-critical capabilities. You'll work with both structured and unstructured data to ensure performance, scalability and reliability across complex environments.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop and support database solutions across mission systems
  • Work with relational and non-relational databases (eg Oracle, PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, Redis)
  • Write and optimize SQL queries using tools such as SQL Developer
  • Develop short and long term requirements for database administration and design
  • Support performance tuning, data integrity and system optimization efforts
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to support mission objectives
This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance. Qualifications

What You'll Need
  • US Citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (4) years of additional DBE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a Database Engineer on programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
  • Experience with SQL and associated tools (eg SQL Developer)
  • Experience developing database requirements for administration and design
