Job Description
Graham Technologies is seeking a Logistics Specialist to perform advanced logistics functions, including supply chain coordination, property accountability, and process improvement, in support of mission operations within a secure government environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing logistics processes, maintaining accurate property accountability records, and analyzing operational data to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires the ability to work independently, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, including FAR and DFAR. The candidate will support end-to-end logistics activities, contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, and deliver high-quality reporting and documentation to support mission success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory, distribution, and property accountability systems
- Analyze logistics data and improve operational efficiency
- Prepare reports, briefings, and logistics documentation
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, and financial regulations
- Support logistics planning and coordination efforts
Required Skills:
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years total experience
- At least 6 years' specialized experience in logistics operations or supply chain management
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Skills:
- Logistics systems (ERP, APSR, WMS, RFID or similar)
- Data analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience:
- 8-10+ years supporting DoD / IC / Federal programs
- Experience leading tasks or coordinating teams
- Education:
- Masters' degree
- Clearance:
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Certifications / Tools:
- DAWIA Level II (Logistics)
- Certified Professional Logistician (CPL)
- Knowledge:
- FAR / DFAR and Government Property Management
