Cloud Systems Design & Development Engineer

Graham Technologies is seeking a Cloud Systems Design & Development Engineer to support CI/CD pipeline development, infrastructure deployment, and application configuration within the Cloud One Next environment. This role is ideal for early-career engineers looking to grow within a DevSecOps ecosystem supporting DoD cloud initiatives.

Location: Remote- prefer candidates in the DMV area

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with GitLab runner setup and CI/CD pipeline creation and troubleshooting
• Execute application deployments and environment configuration tasks
• Support testing, validation, and documentation updates
• Assist in data integrations and API configuration activities
• Collaborate with senior engineers on Kubernetes-based deployments

Required Skills:

• Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • AWS cloud fundamentals
    • Containerized deployments
• Education:
  • High School Diploma
• Clearance:
  • Active Clearance
  • Active CAC (or ability to obtain immediately)
• Certifications / Tools:
  • CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 certification)
• Technical Skills:
  • AWS GovCloud (preferred Cloud One exposure)
  • Kubernetes (EKS fundamentals)
  • Terraform basics
  • GitLab CI/CD
  • ArgoCD fundamentals

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to DoD or federal cloud environments
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
• Basic scripting (Bash/Python)
