PURPOSE: To architect, develop, implement, integrate, manage, and administer ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise customers in the role of a Senior Developer.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance.
- User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows.
- Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes.
- Implement reports and dashboards.
- Execute unit testing to ensure that implemented user stories meet acceptance criteria.
- Conduct peer reviews of other developer's user stories.
- Provide technical documentation as required.
- Develop, manage, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, enhancements, product development, and some system administration tasks.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers on best practice approaches to implement required functionality involving technical leads as required.
- Other duties as necessary for meeting performance expectations and/or assigned to Employee from time to time by Intact.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience with software design and development
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core platform.
- Multiple implementations of ServiceNow modules within the last 2 years.
- Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, AngularJS and CSS.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ideal candidate would possess CSA, CAD, and a minimum of 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications and 5 micro-certifications (or would acquire these certifications within 6 months of hire)
