As a Systems Engineer (Junior/Mid-Level) at CyberPoint, you will support the design, integration and management of complex systems across mission-critical programs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements are defined, implemented and aligned with operational needs.

What You'll Do
- Supports systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration and testing
- Collaborate with software engineers, developers and stakeholders to ensure system alignment with mission objectives
- Assist in developing and maintaining system documentation and artifacts
- Participate in Agile processes and program execution activities
- Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to track work and manage workflows
- Contribute to system-level problem solving and technical analysis
What You'll Need
- US Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline
- OR five (5) additional years of Systems Engineering experience in lieu of a degree
- 7+ years of systems engineering experience on medium-scale (20-100 personnel) or larger programs/contracts
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools
- Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, etc)
- Experience with SysML tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw or Rhapsody
- INCOSE ASEP or similar systems engineering certification
