Role - Database Engineer Level 1
Clearance - Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Contract - Dusty Tours
Location - Annapolis Junction, MD
Salary - $150K PA
We are actively hiring a Database Engineer Level 2 to support mission-critical programs in a fully cleared environment. This role requires hands-on database engineering experience supporting systems of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Clearance Requirement (Mandatory)
Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Core Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain relational and NoSQL database solutions
Support database architecture, administration, and performance tuning
Develop and manage short- and long-term database requirements
Work closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment (if applicable)
Required Experience
Experience with:
Oracle
PostgreSQL
MongoDB
Redis
Strong SQL skills and experience with tools such as SQL Developer
Experience supporting programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Database Engineer
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
OR additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Nice to Have
Experience with Elasticsearch
