The Opportunity:
As a CACI Trainer-Intelligence, you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and strategic planning team supporting 389th Military Intelligence Command in direct support of 1st Special Forces Command, US Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. As the Trainer for the 389th, you will use your Special Operations experience/perspective to achieve the training of the 389th analytical capabilities and capacity. This position serves as an instructor for the 389th MI BN (SO) (A), 1SFC (A) Irregular Warfare Intelligence Training Program. Teaches a five-week training program once a quarter per FY to enable the development and certification of multi-disciplined intelligence analysts. The position requires a background in Intelligence Support to Special Operations, Targeting and fusion of GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and MASINT ISO SOF, Cyber, and Information Operations. The position will serve as a focal point and local expert on all-source analytical techniques to include targeting and various tool suites. Position supports course development as required and production of association programs of instruction. Delivery of various programs of instruction is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs while serving as an embedded Intel and Target Analyst supporting national and global threat analysis
- Supervise the development of detailed threat assessments to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities, recommending countermeasures while mentoring analysts in multi-domain intelligence analysis
- Train analysts to discover, develop, and assist in global target development of various threats and actors across multiple domains
- Instruct analysts to leverage tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence that informs decision-makers and influences outcomes
- Guide analysts in supporting sensitive activities with all-source analysis and conducting all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting processes and databases
- Provide specialized senior-level training expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) analysis
- Train analysts to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard information to develop mission-supporting products
- Prepare analysts for deployment requirements and surge operations
- Experience integrating information, analysis, technology, and interagency collaboration, lessons learned, and best practices for training support to enable effective and efficient dissemination of threat training.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
- A bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, an associate degree and 15+ years of experience, or 20+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience as an imbedded intelligence and targeting analyst with SOF
- Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
Desired:
- Experience supporting SOF in a deployed environment.
- Experience directly supporting SOF operations directly.
- Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
