As the Site Lead, this employee will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of a Corrosion Control Services team that supports eleven United States Marine Corps operational and training squadrons responsible for organizational (O) and intermediate (I)-level aircraft maintenance. Applicant shall be capable of day-to-day team tasking, prioritization of tasks, prepare daily, weekly and quarterly reports as they pertain to aircraft maintenance and repair. The Site Lead will interact and communicate with numerous maintenance control organizations at the organizational/squadron level as well as Marine Air Wing (MAW)-level maintenance management personnel.

Responsibilities
- Acts in the capacity of Site Lead and Team Quality Assurance Representative (QAR).
- Leads a multi-faceted team of 30+ personnel performing aircraft maintenance; responsible for the day-to-day tasking of a 30+ person team and prioritizes tasking from multiple customers.
- Adjusts schedules in response to changes in priority, demand, materials, or other resources.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Navy and/or Marine Corps O and I-level aviation maintenance, to include scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, aircraft inspection and repair, quality assurance, personnel qualifications
- Performs complex aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with established processes within the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP; COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series).
- Leads and directs the work of other company employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required for consideration.
- Minimum of 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience on the MV-22, CH-53 or UH-1Y/AH-1Z platforms
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as an aircraft maintenance site lead/supervisor.
