Full Stack Developer (Kotlin / React) - Top Secret Clearance
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Kotlin and Spring Boot API development to support mission-critical initiatives within a secure, high-impact environment. The ideal candidate will bring both backend and frontend development capabilities, along with a solid understanding of secure networking principles.
This role requires an active Top Secret Security Clearance and offers the opportunity to work on advanced systems supporting national security objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Kotlin-based backend services using Spring Boot.
Build and enhance responsive user interfaces using React and modern frontend frameworks.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and Systems Engineering.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Support system troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization.
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot for API development.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer working across backend and frontend technologies.
Proficiency in React (or similar modern JavaScript frameworks).
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance (required).
Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals, including:
TCP/IP protocols
Encryption technologies
Firewall
Experience working in secure or classified environments.
Familiarity with DevSecOps or secure SDLC practices.

Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000 - $155,000 annually
