The Opportunity:
As a CACI Mission and Engineering Solutions, Senior FMV/PED Analyst-Trainer, you will embed at III Corps Headquarters at Fort Hood, TX, and perform services as needed to meet mission requirements in both OCONUS and CONUS locations. You will support expeditionary and reach-back operations by leading Multi - INT Analysis and Exploitation (A&E) efforts for Army and joint mission partners. This role provides advanced analytical expertise across all-source and specialized intelligence disciplines to produce high-quality, decision-focused intelligence in support of operational planning, training, and modernization. Operating with minimal supervision, the Senior Analyst integrates data from diverse sources, guides analytic teams, enhances unit readiness, and contributes to the development of doctrine, TTPs, and intelligence modernization initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Government, operational units, and strategic partners.

Responsibilities:
• Lead A&E analysis and data assessments across Multi - INT disciplines; produce intelligence reports, operational strategies, CONOPS/CONEMPs, and actionable recommendations.
• Research, collect, produce, exploit, and disseminate Multi - INT data in coordination with Government and mission partners.
• Support national - level programming, policy development, evaluations, operations, threat awareness, and intelligence reporting requirements.
• Interpret program policies and recommend implementation strategies; provide expertise to resolve complex technical, operational, and security issues.
• Perform data analytics to identify technology gaps, materiel needs, and training requirements.
• Develop analytic scenarios, Master Event Schedule Lists (MESLs), and exercise support products.
• Assess training events and unit readiness; apply modernization tools to inform integration and implementation recommendations.
• Produce AARs, training reports, POI updates, and corrective action recommendations for deploying units.
• Conduct doctrinal research; develop white papers, DOTMLPFP analyses, information papers, and briefings.
• Support and conduct after action reviews (AARs) for missions, training events, and exercises.
• Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics, enterprise decision support, data visualization, and data dissemination to improve survivability and risk mitigation.
• Research and develop A&E TTPs, MI formation TTPs, and expeditionary MI doctrine, concepts, and operations.
• Provide enterprise intelligence operations support to ongoing missions and strategic partners.
• Deliver HUMINT interrogation and FORMICA training and operational support at Echelon Corps and Below in accordance with law and policy.
• Provide instruction emphasizing rapid interrogation collection, processing, and exploitation.
• Maintain SOM accounts and associated data; perform oversight reviews of Contact Memorandums.
• Review and maintain Intelligence Information Reports and related reporting.
• Manage collection requirements and draft Collection Emphasis Messages and reporting guidance.
• Support program business operations to ensure mission alignment, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.


Qualifications:
Required:

• BA/BS in Intelligence, National Security, International Relations, Data/Information Science, or related field; typically, 8-12 years of relevant experience (advanced degree may substitute).
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Demonstrated Multi INT or all-source analysis experience supporting tactical, operational, or strategic intelligence missions.
• Proven ability to produce intelligence products aligned with IC analytic standards.
• Experience working with DoD/IC analytic
