There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Agile Expertise: Apply Agile methodologies at scale to manage large product teams.
- Requirement Validation: Engage in Systems Engineering (SE) activities, particularly in Requirement Validation.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with a diverse set of customers.
- Requirement Gathering: Develop functional requirements by drawing out true needs and appropriately categorizing them.
- Executive-Level Management: Serve as the front door for new requirements, ensuring they flow to the proper channels.
- Cost/Schedule/Performance (C/S/P): Support the implementation of requirements that impact C/S/P.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Alternatively, 5+ years of additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
- 20+ years of experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
Desired:
- Business systems experience is preferred.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly at a large scale.
- Background supporting SEAMREAPER customer missions.
