Job Description
Apogee has an exciting opportunity for a Test & Evaluation Engineer (Subject Matter Expert) supporting the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO) at Warner Robins AFB, GA. This position provides expert test engineering support for GPS User Equipment developmental and operational testing, ensuring system performance, interoperability, reliability, and cybersecurity.
This is a full-time position located at Warner Robins Air Force Base (AFB).

Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or related technical field
Years of Experience: 15 years of Test & Evaluation experience

Certification: APDP T&E practitioner certification (formerly Level III) or military T&E school graduate preferred
Education: Master's or Doctorate Degree in Engineering or related technical field
Years of Experience: 12 years of Test & Evaluation experience

This is a full-time position located at Warner Robins Air Force Base (AFB).
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, execute and evaluate testing of GPS User Equipment system performance
- Provide expertise in the development of test plans, strategies, and procedures
- Support Integrated Test Team (ITT) activities and coordination
- Use building block approach to ensure adequate testing from the subassembly to the system level
- Ensure combined testing maximizes system-level verification in DT and OT
- Review contractor test plans and procedures for compliance with program requirements
- Provide oversight of contractor test execution according to test plans
- Leverage experience from Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) Multi-GNSS legacy testing
- Support test planning for interoperability, reliability, and cybersecurity testing
- Conduct trade studies on test approaches and methodologies
- Participate in Test Readiness Reviews and test debriefs
- Evaluate test results and provide technical assessments
- Support development of Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs)
- Coordinate with test ranges and facilities for resource scheduling
- Support platform integration testing and System Integration Lab (SIL) activities
- Evaluate test data and provide recommendations for system improvements
- Support rapid response testing requirements

- In-depth knowledge of GPS/GNSS systems and navigation warfare
- Experience with avionics testing and platform integration
- Knowledge of MIL-STDs applicable to test and evaluation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
