The annual salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000.

Nisga'a Tek is seeking a Command and Control / Cyber Operations SME Level I
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide expertise and assistance in the assistance and development of strategic, operational and tactical IW C2/CO plans
- Provide support, assistance, and analysis for identifying and documenting Fleet C2/CO training requirements
- The Contractor will provide support, assistance, and analysis for the C2/CO experimentation process and development of C2/CO Doctrine
- Provide technical support, assistance, and training for readiness reporting tools that provide the Navy's readiness statuses. This support shall include assisting the C2/CO
- Participate in weekly staff planning meetings, briefings, and VTCs as required related to Cybersecurity Support
- Attend meetings, conferences, and workshops regarding current and future doctrine/requirements development and integration on behalf of NIWDC or NAVIFOR
- This includes weekly ship visits to local ports to validate fleet requirements for HBSS and ACAS NTTPs
- Create and Update POA&M and related briefings
- Develop training requirements from gap analyses related to NIWDC DCO advanced training for DCO Personnel Additional Duties:
- Perform additional duties WRT the requirements of the contract
- Support additional tasks as needed and assigned by program management
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Shall have knowledge and understanding of applicable technical concepts and practices in order to support CO readiness across DOTMPLF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Personnel, Leadership, Facilities)
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Cyber Operations.
- Cyber security workforce certificates S+, N+, CISSP, CCNA, or CASP required
- Clearance: TS/SCI clearance required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
