Job Description
Overview: S4, a wholly owned subsidiary of Knexus, is seeking a mid-level specialist in space and PED operations to support Joint Staff in planning, integration, and coordinating of Global ISR mission requirements including manned and unmanned airborne, space- based, maritime surface and subsurface, and terrestrial sensors and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of complete ISR allocation recommendations by identifying PED and space capability, capacity, planning factors, and/or limitations.
Coordinate regularly with combatant commands, military services, intelligence community agencies, and others to maintain awareness of current PED and space capabilities and capacity
Support senior Department of Defense leader engagements
Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret security clearance and eligible for SCI access
At least 6 years of hands-on experience with PED and space planning and execution.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support mission-critical operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite
Written and oral communications skills in developing and presenting complex written products and oral briefings for and to senior leaders at O6 and GS-15/SES and higher levels.
Desired qualifications:
GEOINT analysis experience, ideally in an operations capacity.
Familiarity with the IC, particularly experience with NRO and NGA.
Global Force Management experience, from any standpoint.
Familiarity with Joint Staff tasking/routing/staffing
