The Opportunity:
As the CACI GOST Operations Lead you will lead a team of contract professionals in data collections and analysis to ensure that USSOUTHCOM and its strategic partners are provided actionable intelligence outputs focused on counter transnational criminal organizations, cyber intelligence, counterterrorism, counterproliferation, counterintelligence, and on the threats posed by state and non-state actors challenging U.S. national security and interests around the globe. Your leadership will ensure quality, efficiency, and responsiveness across technical and operational lines of effort.
Responsibilities:
As the CACI GOST Operations Lead, you will lead a team providing global open-source data collection and network disruption (whether by manned or unmanned tools or systems) not limited to the use of ISR equipment; including additional methods such as field surveys, as required and specified by the Government providing assessments to USSOUTHCOM and its strategic partners with actionable intelligence outputs focused on counter transnational criminal organizations, cyber intelligence, counterterrorism, counterproliferation, counterintelligence, and on the threats posed by state and non-state actors challenging U.S. national security and interests.

You will:
- Provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the task order including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing overall open-source intelligence operational performance.
- Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the operations, to include both technical issues and business processes.
- Manage and oversee all operational activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors and teaming partners, to satisfy the requirements identified by the government.
- Serve as a senior advisor to senior military and government leaders and staff at the client site.
- Serve as LNO during information exchanges between operations, maintenance, and logistics personnel.
- Serve as technical SME for recruiting and assessing candidates for the program.
- Commit CACI resources as needed to satisfy task order requirements.
- Provide updates to the Program Manager regularly.
- Coordinate any modification and change request with the Program Manager.
- Advise and assist teammates on tasks.
- Provide planning and analytical support.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Current Top Secret Security Clearance. Specialized Compartmented Information Eligible.
- Willingness to submit to a CI Poly.
- A minimum of five years of experience operations management within major commands and the military intelligence community.
- A minimum of five years of experience working with ISR technologies, military operations, and the intelligence life cycle.
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in a related discipline.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and experience briefing executive level staff.
Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- A minimum of five years of experience managing operations and directing personnel under a contract that is similar in scope and complexity to the USSOUTHCOM TO and ensuring compliance with regulations within DoD agencies.
- Experience building coalitions internally and with other Federal agencies or organizations within the intelligence community to achieve common goals.
- Master of Arts or Science Degree in related discipline.
- Joint Staff, Combatant Command experience.
- Sensitive Activities planning experience.
