We are seeking a highly motivated professional with experience in developing and maintaining continuity plans. This position requires strong writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills, technological savvy, and the ability to engage clients and work independently and in a team environment, as well as across contractor teams.
• Ideal candidates for this position should have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field (or a graduate’s degree).
• Knowledge of and experience with National Continuity Policy and Federal Continuity Directives
• Possess relevant certifications, such as Professional or Master Continuity Practitioner, Master Exercise Practitioner, or Associate or Certified Business Continuity Professional
• Strong writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• At least one year of experience in resilience/continuity of operations/ government, emergency management, and/or homeland security is preferred.
This is a full-time position. You will work Monday – Friday on-site at client facilities in Bluemont, Virginia.
You will be required to possess/maintain a Top Secret security clearance, with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility as a condition of employment, including completing a background investigation and drug screening.
