Responsibilities include efficiently managing supplies and logistics operations, ensuring accurate date reporting and effective supply management.
Conference Room Scheduling:
Equipment and Inventory Tracking :
Invoicing and Shipment Tracking:
Cross Utilization/Additional Duties :
Facility Manager and Site Lead Support:
Assist the facility manager and site lead with various tasks as needed, providing additional support to ensure seamless operations.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Manage and support facility support vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Escort Duties:
Provide escort services for uncleared personnel when required, ensuring security protocols are followed.

- Oversee the scheduling of conference rooms within the facility, ensuring optimal utilization of space and resources.
Equipment and Inventory Tracking :
- Maintain accurate records of facility equipment and key inventory, managing multiple databases to ensure proper tracking and availability.
Invoicing and Shipment Tracking:
- Handle invoicing, electronic bills, and shipment tracking, ensuring timely and accurate processing of logistics information. Identify opportunities for inventory reduction to improve efficiency.
