Superintendent

Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Construction Superintendent to support field operations on a federal roadway rehabilitation project in Taos, NM. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong field coordination skills and experience managing crews, subcontractors, and safety on roadway projects.
This is an immediate‑start, project‑based assignment with a defined timeline and potential continuation into future long‑term federal projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate daily field operations for roadway construction activities
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Ensure work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate traffic control, paving, FDR, and utility work
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Quality Control Manager
• Maintain site safety, daily reports, and field documentation
• Interface with inspectors and agency representatives
