Overview
Insight Global is supporting a high‑visibility federal roadway project in Taos, NM and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. This is an immediate‑need, project‑based role with a defined duration and a strong pathway into follow‑on federal work, including an anticipated FAA project in Southern California (Palmdale area) exceeding one year.
The project scope includes roadway rehabilitation, full‑depth reclamation (FDR), paving operations, asphalt and aggregate testing, underground utilities, and traffic control.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day‑to‑day project management activities for a federal roadway construction project
• Manage cost, schedule, and quality to ensure compliance with federal contract requirements
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Quality Control Managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Oversee project documentation, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and progress reporting
• Ensure compliance with federal agency standards (FAA, FHWA, USACE, as applicable)
• Support coordination of asphalt and aggregate testing programs
• Interface with stakeholders, inspectors, and agency representatives
