Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Exploitation Specialist/Data Scientist to support NGA USSOCOM under the GEOINT Enterprise Operations Service and Solutions Program (GEO-SPI B), Core Mission Operations task order. Responsibilities:
• Design and implement advanced analytic solutions that strengthen intelligence production and overall mission performance.
• Develop and deploy Python-based tools and data pipelines that integrate both structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources, including web APIs and enterprise systems.
• Build analytic products, interactive dashboards, and user-facing interfaces that enhance rigor, transparency, and reproducibility.
• Modernize existing workflows to improve reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability within high-stakes operational environments.
• Provide senior-level exploitation and data science support across GEOINT and multi-INT mission environments in support of national security objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement repeatable analytic processes for large and complex datasets to enable discovery, trend analysis, and actionable intelligence insights; perform advanced scripting and data manipulation using Python at a senior proficiency level.
• Translate analytic discoveries into operationally relevant products through clear, concise visualizations that can be seamlessly integrated into daily mission workflows and decision-making processes.
• Operationalize analytic outputs by framing and shaping findings to directly support operational planning, targeting, and mission execution.
• Operate independently in a senior capacity within high-tempo environments, exercising sound judgment and mission awareness.
• Provide oversight, mentorship, and technical direction to junior and mid-level personnel as required.
• Conduct and/or support quality control and quality assurance reviews of analytic products to ensure accuracy, tradecraft compliance, and mission relevance.
• Advise Government leadership on processes, procedures, technologies, and emerging mission priorities.
• Lead and collaborate with NGA and broader Intelligence Community analysts to integrate capabilities and deliver synergized analytic outcomes that exceed individual contributions.
Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
• A bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 10 years of related experience
• Extensive experience using Python
• Experience querying and integrating web APIs through Python to retrieve, normalize, and operationalize data.
• Experience developing interactive data visualizations using Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib, Bokeh, or comparable tools.
• Experience building dashboards and analytic interfaces using Dash, Streamlit, Panel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.
• Experience using Git-based version control platforms such as GitLab or GitHub.
• Proficiency with geospatial processing frameworks such as GDAL or ArcPy.
• Proficiency with GIS desktop software such as ArcGIS Pro or QGIS.
• Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation related to software systems and automated workflows.
• Ability to operate independently at a senior level with limited oversight.
• Familiarity with USSOCOM and broader U.S. military organizational structures.
• Familiarity with common Intelligence Community (IC) data repositories.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
