Summary:
• Lead the analysis of user requirements and translation into robust system specifications.
• Oversee and guide design and development activities for complex systems.
• Provide technical leadership for system integration initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation for all system phases.
• Drive strategic planning for system development and integration, emphasizing Systems Engineering, Requirements Analysis, Software Architecture, and CI/CD methodologies.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 14+ years
Salary: $310k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Perform in-depth requirements analysis, translating user needs into system requirements specifications.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in software design, development, and architectural definition.
• Provide expert technical leadership for integration and test (I&T) activities, ensuring system cohesion and performance.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps practices.
• Develop high-quality technical documentation, leveraging strong communications and technical writing skills.
• Guide strategic systems engineering planning, including architectural roadmaps and development lifecycles.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and project goals.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering growth and technical excellence.
