Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead and direct comprehensive system engineering initiatives, from initial concept to deployment.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user requirements to formulate robust system architecture and detailed design specifications.
• Provide expert technical leadership across all phases of the system lifecycle, encompassing requirements definition, architectural design, and seamless technology integration.
• Oversee and guide system integration and comprehensive test planning activities.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 20+ years
Salary: $342k+ yearly compensation

• Drive system engineering efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze and translate complex user requirements into clear, actionable system specifications.
• Design and document system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership for design reviews, technology assessments, and implementation strategies.
• Develop comprehensive system integration and test plans.
• Facilitate the integration of diverse technologies into cohesive system solutions.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
