Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead full lifecycle Systems Engineering efforts, encompassing requirements analysis, system architecture, and software development.
• Provide impactful technical leadership for requirements integration, comprehensive design, and advanced technology adoption.
• Develop and refine critical technical documentation, detailed system architecture, and robust system designs.
• Guide the entire system development process, from implementation planning through integration and test phases.
• Apply deep expertise in various Network Protocols, specifically related to switches and traffic processing.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 20+ years
Salary: $342k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Drive and execute all systems engineering activities, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Conduct rigorous requirements analysis, define intricate system architectures, and oversee software development.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
• Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, system architecture designs, and detailed system specifications.
• Plan, execute, and oversee system development, implementation strategies, and integration and test procedures.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot solutions involving Network Protocols, including advanced switch configurations and traffic management.
• Utilize expertise in Requirements Analysis, Software Architecture, Software Development, and Technical Team Leadership.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Communications/Technical Writing, Systems Engineering, and Integration and Test (I&T).
