Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Oversee and optimize IT system infrastructure and processes.
• Deliver Tier I and Tier II technical support, focusing on problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Manage and troubleshoot client, server, storage, and network devices.
• Configure, manage, and maintain UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Conduct software installations and ensure network component health.
• Implement system updates and patching for both Linux and Windows environments.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 10+ years
Salary: $286k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Manage IT system infrastructure and optimize related processes.
• Provide comprehensive Tier I and Tier II technical support, including problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for a variety of IT components.
• Administer and troubleshoot client, server, storage, and network devices.
• Configure, manage, and maintain UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Perform software installations, system updates, and patching for Linux and Windows platforms.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network components.
• Apply expertise in Linux and Windows Systems Administration.
• Utilize knowledge of Network Protocols and Hardware Engineering principles.
