Systems Engineer Mid-Level (General)
Full-Time | On-Site | TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph Required
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with 14+ years of expertise and a technical Bachelor’s degree to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities
· Analyze user requirements, operational concepts, and system architectures to develop detailed specifications.
· Lead system design and development activities, ensuring alignment with requirements.
· Provide guidance on requirements of formulation, alternative solutions, and feasibility studies.
· Develop system architecture, design documentation, and technical plans.
· Oversee integration and implementation planning, including system engineering management and test plans.
· Serve as a technical liaison, addressing issues and ensuring compliance with program objectives.
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all phases of development.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including program personnel, government representatives, and senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 14+ years of development experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (ability to substitute years of experience)
IAT Level II certification (as mandated by DoD Directive 8140.01 & 8570-01-M)
Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
