Systems Engineer (Mid to Senior)
Full-Time | On-Site | TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph Required
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable system specifications.
Conduct process engineering to optimize workflows and system performance.
Analyze user requirements, CONOPS documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
Provide technical support for integrating requirements, design, and technology.
Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
Prepare and assess system engineering management plans and system integration/test plans.
Interact with Government stakeholders on technical considerations, issues, and conflicts.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of Systems Engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
