Software Engineer Junior-Level (General)
Full-Time | On-Site | TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph Required
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a junior level Software Engineer with a minimum of 4+ years of expertise and a technical Bachelor’s degree to join our team in Jessup, MD.
Responsibilities
Analyze user requirements and determine design requirements
Ability to debug and troubleshoot software
Develop new code to the given requirements to add new features
Ability to integrate with other applications through native or other APIs
Apply secure coding practices into every aspect of development
Develop algorithms to meet the given requirements and meet the system performance needs
Assist with or develop testing in automated testing frameworks or testing procedures
Ability to design and modify software using mathematical models to predict and measure outcome
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of development experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (ability to substitute years of experience)
IAT Level II certification (as mandated by DoD Directive 8140.01 & 8570-01-M)
Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
