Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead and execute complex systems engineering initiatives, applying advanced SysML tools for robust system design and analysis.
• Leverage industry-standard project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence for workflow optimization, tracking, and collaboration.
• Drive project success and efficient delivery through the expert application of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 14+ years
Salary: $320k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of systems engineering projects, from concept through deployment.
• Utilize SysML tools, including Rhapsody, for comprehensive architectural design, modeling, and simulation of complex systems.
• Develop, refine, and maintain system requirements, specifications, and design documentation.
• Implement and champion Agile/Scrum practices to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery.
• Manage project backlogs, sprints, and tasks effectively using JIRA.
• Facilitate documentation, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration through Confluence.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams on systems engineering best practices and tool usage.
• Oversee system integration, verification, and validation activities to ensure adherence to requirements.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
