Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead and manage projects effectively using industry-standard collaboration tools.
• Apply and promote Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution.
• Utilize Systems Modeling Language (SysML) tools for comprehensive system design and analysis.
• Implement robust systems engineering principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 7+ years
• Salary: $273k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Manage project tasks, workflows, and timelines using Jira.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, knowledge bases, and collaborative spaces in Confluence.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Apply systems engineering principles to define, design, and integrate complex systems.
• Utilize SysML modeling tools, such as Rhapsody, for system architecture definition and behavior modeling.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
