Qualifications

• Meets all qualifications and skills of a Senior Dissemination Specialist
• plus: 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
• Demonstrated understanding of metadata.
• Demonstrated ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
• Clearance:TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI poly

Desired Education:

• Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Desired Education: Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years' experience in an intelligence discipline

Special Qualifications:

• Prepares and processes the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains.
• Manages the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites, including the verification of appropriate clearances and accesses of users.
• Logs potential inadvertent security incidents and utilizing and maintaining site SOPs IAW the appropriate policy and guidance.
• Ensures the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata consistent with Governmentapproved standards.
• Uses government-specified tools to generate and modify product metadata (including, but not limited to, Governmentdeveloped macro-based solution called the Document Dissemination Tool (DDT), Government-developed Create Organize Retrieve and Evaluate (CORE) tool, Governmentdeveloped DIA Product Control Numbering Database (PCN DB), and MS Office Suite.
• Performs cross-domain products (associated material) dissemination on approved networks and registers product(s) into the approved.
