The IT Specialist Level I will provide USCYBERCOM internal system monitoring support as follows:

The IT Specialist Level I will provide USCYBERCOM internal system monitoring support as follows:
- Monitor USCYBERCOM systems.
- Track outages for designated USCYBERCOM systems and provide status update to JOC leadership.
- Coordinate on scheduled outages.
- Assist in coordinating with appropriate support organizations to resolve trouble tickets and ensure mission critical systems remain operational.
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Implement security measures.
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
- Offer technical support to staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
Requirements
Education :
- High School Diploma
- MUST have active TS/SCI w/CI Poly
Desired : Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Information Technology to include:
- Monitoring system status.
- Submitting and tracking trouble tickets.
- Coordinating system outages
