Summary

TTG Solutions is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of comprehensive software solutions. This role involves working across the entire cloud-based software development lifecycle, including front-end, back-end, and database integration.

Description

The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with the Chief Engineer and Technical Leads to translate requirements into user stories and integrate new functionalities into software applications. Responsibilities include developing and integrating with Infrastructure as Code DevOps tools, optimizing code for cloud deployment using AWS best practices, and creating front end user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks. The role also involves developing web APIs for cloud-native applications and working within an Agile team to deliver software iteratively.

Experience Level

Senior 3 years of unrelated experience = 1 year of related experience. Bachelors preferred. Master's degree = 1 year of additional related experience. 3 certifications and/or other applicable credentials = 1 year of additional related experience.

Requirements: 8-11 years experience

Required Skills

  • Application layer programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, C++)
  • Database / Data Layer experience (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, Python, R, Elasticsearch, data management and analytics tools)
  • Front end development skills (e.g., React.js, HTML, CSS, bootstrap)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum

Clearance

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Benefits

Base Salary$190,000 - $230,000
PTO30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
Retirement15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Paid BenefitsCompany pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonuses3% to 5% annual bonuses.
Cell Phone Stipend$100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
Training Budget3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
New Hire Bonus$5,000 new hire bonus
