Summary
TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled Network Engineer with extensive experience in systems design and engineering. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and has a proven track record in DevOps practices.Description
The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing and engineering complex systems while troubleshooting cloud-related issues. Daily tasks include solving software issues on Linux, administering technical systems, adhering to security standards, and mentoring junior engineers. Additionally, the role requires maintaining source control systems and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Experience Level

Required Skills
- 6+ years' experience in systems design and engineering
- Ability to troubleshoot cloud (AWS) implementation issues
- Solve software (Linux) issues and software development
- Proven success working as a DEVOPs systems engineer and technical admin
- Agile Methodology and continuous improvement mindset
- GitHub experience and other source control systems
- Strict adherence to security standards
- Willingness to mentor and train other engineers
Optional Skills
- Hands-on experience working within AWS/Azure/cloud environments
- Experience developing with Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, Ansible, Cisco NSO
- Strong DevOps focus and experience with cloud deployment technologies
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
- Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision

| Base Salary | $156,000 - $189,000 |
| PTO | 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. |
| Retirement | 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. |
| Paid Benefits | Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. |
| Annual Bonuses | 3% to 5% annual bonuses. |
| Cell Phone Stipend | $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. |
| Training Budget | 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget |
| New Hire Bonus | $5,000 new hire bonus |
