Experience using data platforms to support logistics tracking, reporting, or decision‑making
Prior experience supporting Palantir, defense contractors, or intelligence community customers

Insight Global is seeking a cleared Logistician / Logistics Systems Specialist to support Palantir Technologies’ government programs. This role supports mission‑critical logistics operations across hardware delivery, government property accountability, and lifecycle sustainment activities for classified systems. The ideal candidate brings strong logistics domain expertise, experience supporting government programs, and familiarity working within Palantir’s data ecosystem. Pay Range: Pay will be hourly and varies by level of experience. Average Range: ~$40-85/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead logistics operations supporting system delivery, sustainment, and lifecycle management
Coordinate and track Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE), including accountability, inventories, and transfers
Plan and execute logistical program events, including Contractor‑to‑Government property transfers and formal inventory events
Contribute to the development and delivery of required logistics CDRLs, including data collection, compilation, validation, and subcontractor inputs
Support and author logistics artifacts related to:
Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
Minimum Sustainment Package (MSP) development
Configuration Management (CM) planning and documentation
Plan, execute, and report on Logistics Demonstrations, ensuring compliance with program and government requirements
Lead and support Physical Configuration Audits (PCA), including preparation, execution, and corrective action tracking
Collaborate with engineering, program management, and government stakeholders to ensure logistics alignment with system delivery and sustainment objectives
