Integration & Delivery Lead (Databricks Migration)

Position Overview

ABSC is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared, highly organized, customer-centric, and execution-focused Integration & Delivery Lead to support a large-scale Databricks migration effort for our IC customer in Herndon or Springfield, VA.

This role blends project management, systems engineering coordination, and customer engagement to ensure seamless delivery, schedule adherence, and operational continuity.

The selected candidate will serve as a central integrator across technical and functional teams, ensuring tasks are tracked, risks are mitigated, and no work falls through the cracks during a fast-paced migration effort.

Clearance Requirement
  • Active TS/SCI clearance (or eligibility)
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph

Responsibilities

Integration & Delivery Management
  • Develop, maintain, and actively manage integrated project schedules, task trackers, and delivery plans
  • Ensure alignment across engineering, data, and platform teams supporting the Databricks migration
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones to prevent schedule slippage
  • Identify risks and issues early and drive resolution through closure

Systems Coordination & Technical Alignment
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders
  • Support requirements tracking, system integration activities, and migration coordination
  • Ensure technical efforts align with mission priorities and customer expectations
  • Assist in documenting workflows, architectures, and processes as needed

Customer Engagement & Communication
  • Interface directly with Government stakeholders and customer leads
  • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and daily coordination efforts
  • Translate technical progress into clear, concise, customer-ready messaging
  • Build strong, trusted relationships through professionalism and responsiveness

Documentation & Reporting
  • Create and maintain:
    • Project schedules and delivery plans
    • Meeting minutes and action trackers
    • Status reports and executive briefings
  • Ensure all artifacts are organized, accurate, and audit-ready

Requirements
  • 510+ years of experience in project/program management, systems engineering, or technical coordination roles
  • Experience supporting data platforms, cloud migrations, or analytics environments (Databricks experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Proven ability to track tasks, manage schedules, and drive execution
  • Excellent communication skillsclear, concise, and customer-facing
  • Highly personable with ability to build rapport with both technical teams and Government clients
  • Experience facilitating meetings and documenting outcomes and action items

Desired Experience
  • Familiarity with Databricks, Apache Spark, or cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • Experience in Agile, DevOps, or iterative delivery environments
  • PMP, Agile, or Systems Engineering certification (INCOSE or similar)
  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs

Salary Range

Salary is commensurate with experience. The approximate range for this position is:
$140,000-$235,000.
