The Opportunity:
CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Palantir Foundry Data Analyst/Developer with hands-on Army Vantage experience to support a key Department of War (DoW) program. In this role, you will engineer data systems, design and execute ETL/ELT workflows, build and maintain custom datasets, and develop robust data models using Palantir Ontology. You will leverage tools including Ontology, Contour, Workshop, Slate, Code Repository, and others within the Foundry ecosystem.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Power BI dashboards and complex data visualizations.
- Build and present high-quality briefings for senior government leaders.
- Develop custom datasets from the Army Vantage platform.
- Support development teams building Information Exchanges with Army Vantage.
- Capture and document data requirements within Agile management tools.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams on process modeling and data validation.
- Support Business Analysts in requirement development and technical evaluations.
- Manage and resolve user tickets.
- Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen with an active Secret DoD clearance (interim considered).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (experience may substitute).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant technical experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic; able to work with limited oversight.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical issues.
- Experience working in Scrumban or Agile environments.
Required Technical Skills:
- Subject matter expertise with Palantir Foundry.
- Deep experience with the Army Vantage data analytics platform.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Palantir Ontology.
- Proficiency building Foundry ontologies, pipelines, and operational applications.
- Ability to evaluate dataset provenance and create branch/lineage fixes.
- Experience with Foundry applications such as Contour, Workshop, Slate, and the Code Repository.
- Expert-level ETL/ELT design and execution skills.
- Strong SQL and database design experience, including schema design and key relationships.
- Ability to extract, transform, and build custom datasets in Vantage.
- Experience building complex data exchanges with external Power Apps.
- RDBMS experience with SQL and database structures.
- Experience with Snapshot, Changelog, and Code Repository IDE.
- Development experience with Python, PySpark, Java, SQL, and TypeScript.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DoW (DoD) ADVANA.
- Experience with Palantir MAVEN.
- Experience within Army 365 environments.
- Understanding of Army operational data systems (personnel, readiness, PERSTAT, G-staff data flows).
- Experience working with Army or DoW organizational data movement processes.
- Familiarity with Azure Data/AI services (Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory).
- Experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform applications.
- Experience developing with Databricks.
- Experience designing or implementing data models in Microsoft 365.
