The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a motivated Senior level Project Integrator with Agile / Scrum methodology experience to augment the CACI Program Management Office (PMO) that is entrusted by the U.S. Government to provide operations and maintenance, and development of custom financial applications.

As part of CACI's Digital & Enterprise Solutions group, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation's safety, security, and prosperity.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform Agile planning ceremonies, like Program Increment Planning, by creating, ordering, and refining Initiatives, Epics, and clear milestones with stakeholders.
  • Support the development and refinement of user stories, bugs, and tasks to align with product goals and business values of the customer.
  • Creating a roadmap and articulating the product vision to stakeholders and the team.
  • Ordering backlog items based on business value, stakeholder demands, and ensure maximum impact.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between customers, business leaders, and the development team.
  • Ensure that customer directed work activity requirements and efforts align with requirements
  • Ensure that customer expectations are set, re-set and met as necessary
  • Respond to customer requests for ah-hoc data calls and questions.
  • Support alignment of schedule and resources to meet Operation and Maintenance.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • 10-years' experience serving in a similar servant leadership or agile capacity
  • 8-years' program or project management experience leading software development, and operations and maintenance efforts
  • 8-years' IT Service Management experience leveraging incident, change, release and risk management services
  • 6-years' experience working within Agile delivery methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Government customers
  • TS/SCI CI Poly
  • BA/BS Degree Must remain on the client site during Program core hours of 0900-1500.


Desired:
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, RTE, or similar certification
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with business analysts, requirements and process life cycles
  • Experience working within an Agile sprint development team environment using Jira and Confluence
  • Experience managing software systems development in the IC community
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills using MS Word and other tools
  • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills using MS PowerPoint
  • Experience managing and supporting Financial Applications.

Pay Range :

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
