CACI is responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). These services cover a range of support categories including management, engineering, maintenance, supply, data, training, continuous support, infrastructure, logistics, and personnel. The primary objective of this role is for the overall production management, performance, and system delivery of systems. Duties include all areas of production management, from PO acceptance through delivery to ensure the successful execution. This is an opportunity for you to make a difference!

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing data and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement; identify and utilize methods of making manufacturing process more efficient and effective (reducing waste, using lean).
- Help ensure that customer, statutory, standards, and internal requirements are met or exceeded.
- Determine if new manufacturing machines, methods are needed.
- Ensure that manufacturing stays on schedule and within budget.
- Responsible for planning and determine optimal utilization of manufacturing workers and equipment to meet manufacturing goals.
- Manages contractor support team across all elements of the mission programs
- Typically reports to the program manager chain of command.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Ten (10) years of relevant production management experience with Department of Defense programs and a masters' degree from an accredited college or university,
- Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in DoD program and project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Must have experience managing large DoD IDIQ contracts.
- Eligible to be cleared to a TS/SCI clearance.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and programs effectively in a matrixed organization.
