Job Description

Kwaan Tech is seeking a DIE Program Planner. The DIE Program Planner provides planning services for DTE partners, including the research and examination required to support program evaluation and support program operations. The plans include the research into and documentation of requirements, both operational and program evaluation or business management related.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $180,000- $190,000. The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Core Duties:

- Provide input to budget formulation and resource allocation decisions for cyberspace planning initiatives, including manpower and technology requirements.
- Draft and recommend policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices for planning activities across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with DoD and IC guidance.
- Serve as primary planning lead for time-sensitive or crisis response planning efforts requiring rapid coordination across multiple partners and external stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training programs for planners on emerging cyberspace intelligence requirements, planning methodologies, and enterprise coordination processes.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for DIE cyberspace planning activities, providing regular reports to senior leadership on progress and outcomes.
- Represent stakeholders at inter-agency planning forums, conferences, and working groups as the subject matter expert on cyberspace intelligence planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements and innovative approaches to planning, leveraging emerging technologies, AI/ML tools, and data analytics to enhance planning effectiveness.
- Plan, organize, develop, coordinate, and execute planning activities to drive objectives and evaluations of program requirements or ICP efforts.


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3-8yrs of Federal government experience in defense/intelligence agencies
- Program management or strategic planning roles
- Military service with intelligence, operations, or planning experience preferred
- Employees may be required to complete a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) and provide copies to the CORBi
- Top Secret/SCI with a CI poly Clearance required
- Understanding of Interagency coordination and information sharing protocols
- Ability to work under deadline pressure, handle stress and deliver professional results.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-agency coordination
- Long hours and weekends may be required to meet deliverables.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Some travel may be required.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
