We are looking for a detail‑oriented and highly organized Project & Order Management Specialist to support a large‑scale internal VoIP network migration. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, and proficiency with data validation and project tracking. You will manage schedules, validate orders, maintain project documentation, and ensure consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and highly organized Project & Order Management Specialist to support a large‑scale internal VoIP network migration. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, and proficiency with data validation and project tracking. You will manage schedules, validate orders, maintain project documentation, and ensure consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update project schedules and calendars in collaboration with transition leads.
- Facilitate team meetings, capturing meeting minutes, action items, and follow‑ups.
- Perform order validation for VRD‑process orders using automated tools to identify discrepancies.
- Analyze order data to detect missing or incorrect information and take corrective action.
- Build effective communication channels with teams such as Sales, Professional Services, IT Operations, Development, Release Management, and Networking.
- Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare consistent status and progress reports.
- Manage project change tracking and maintain updated schedules.
- Collect and report performance metrics to support leadership visibility.
- Ensure effective communication across project teams and cross‑functional partners.
- Serve as a key interface for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- High proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, data modeling, and data quality control.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Education & Certifications
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must successfully pass a Public Trust Clearance (government contract)
