Full Stack Developer
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
Compensation: $223,000 – $250,000 + 15% employer 401(k) contribution
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the sustainment and enhancement of mission-critical reporting tools. This role will focus on the WEBCANDID and TESTFLIGHT tools:
WEBCANDID: Tracks, administers, and archives requests for published intelligence reports used by the Intelligence Community and global partners. Responsibilities include maintenance and sustainment of the existing code base.
TESTFLIGHT: A high-performance geospatial collaboration tool providing a single repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products. Responsibilities include developing enhancements for high-priority mission needs and maintaining the existing code base.
This position requires participation in a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 support (approximately one week out of every 3–4 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours during the on-call week. After-hours support is infrequent and most issues are resolvable remotely. Telework is not expected for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the existing WEBCANDID and TESTFLIGHT code bases
Support interfaces between multiple applications
Develop new features based on mission requirements and user needs
Collaborate with the team to ensure high-performance, secure, and reliable systems
Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency support as required

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
