Summary:
The Field Service Analyst (FSA) will provide the overall day-to-day leadership and management of the Core and Non-Core CFSR Team, in both CONUS and OCONUS. The FSA will coordinate the actions of the Subject Matter Experts (SME) and support activities of all Core and Non-Core CFSR activities to ensure all programmatic resources are efficiently used to expedite the response to trouble tickets and their ultimate resolution.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Will coordinate the actions of the CFSR(s) to ensure that all programmatic resources are efficiently utilized to expedite the response to a trouble ticket and its ultimate resolution
- Provide direct communication to the Government Project Lead, Program Manager, COR or other designated Government representatives concerning all technical requirements
- Maintain a positive environment between the Government and the Goldbelt Nighthawk Team
- Manage schedules to ensure timely service to customers as approved by the Government
- Evaluating program work completed versus work planned/required to maximize trouble ticket resolution consistent with contract requirements
- Adjust resources/personnel to ensure actual effort is tracking to program plan.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and work conducted by CFS Rs
- Problem tracking and resolution controls
- Submit non-core support including parts and labor to the COR for approval
- Develop long term relationships with vendors/service providers/OEMs
- Train the CFSR Team and other supporting resources as required by the Government or as needed to ensure meeting contract requirements
- Provide support to the Program Manager as required including:
- Prepare Bi weekly and monthly status reports
- Provide assistance as required to prepare, coordinate and brief Quarterly IPRs to the Government
- Provide oversight and coverage of IR management, assignment, and closure processes in support of the CFSR Coordinators to include providing backup for Program Manager during weekly IPRs
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Able to build schedules
- Must be detail oriented
- Able to work well under pressure, able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Should have excellent organizational, people management, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance

Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship with an Active Secret Security Clearance
- Minimum 3 years field experience working with technical equipment such as Radars, satellite communication, integrated bridge systems, C5ISR equipment, or GMDSS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Experience in C5ISR Sustainment maintenance programs including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, and Closing incident support directly supporting U.S. Army Watercraft is a plus
