Overview
We are seeking a D ata Center Associate member to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency's Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The D ata Center Associate provides entry-level technical support for data center operations, including hardware installation, cabling, monitoring, and basic system maintenance in a secure DoD/DIA environment. They work under supervision to ensure infrastructure availability, physical security, and compliance with operational and cybersecurity requirements.

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Data Center Associate is expected to be able to :
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, and network devices.
- Perform rack and stack, structured cabling (copper/fiber), and equipment integration.
- Execute system imaging, patching, upgrades, and hardware replacement.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, and hardware failures.
- Monitor system health, alerts, and environmental conditions.
- Maintain asset accountability and update configuration management systems (CMDB).
- Apply cybersecurity controls, including STIG compliance and patch management.
- Support incident response, outage coordination, and maintenance activities.
- Document configurations, procedures, and changes in accordance with operational standards.
- May include shift work, on-call support, and off-hours maintenance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, a related field OR a high school diploma with 2-4 years of relevant experience
- One or more of the following DoD 8570/8140 certifications:
- CompTIA Security+ CE
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- 1-4 years of experience in:
- Data center operations
- IT support / help desk
- Hardware installation or field technician roles
- Exposure to DoD or federal environments
- Experience in structured cabling or rack/stack work
