Job Description
Our client, Raytheon, is seeking a Senior Integration and Test Engineer to work in a collaborative, iterative development environment. Raytheon develops world-class satellite ground systems and counters national security threats through cyber solutions.
In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products and your knowledge with regards developing plans and procedures, debugging and evaluating system functions and interfaces, developing test environments, and working hand-in-hand with our integration teams and customers will be put to good use.
What You Will Do:
• Collaborate with an Agile product team to deliver tangible, value-added work products that meet program objectives.
• Maintain a systems-level perspective, ensuring operational end goals are kept in focus throughout the program’s execution.
• Conduct integration and regression activities as a member of an Agile Product Team, culminating in customer demonstrations at the end of each sprint.
• Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration; collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
• Work within a closed area lab in Aurora, Colorado
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years’ prior relevant experience.
• Experience with systems integration and test for software products in an Agile, CI/CD environment, including regression testing, test scripting, and/or test automation tools.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging software-based systems or products.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI clearance is required prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
